By traveling to those areas, you can grab a poster off the wall to start a Wanted mission or inspect a rotting carcass to chase after a Hunt. Once you speak to the NPC responsible for either kind of quest in Outriders, a bullseye and a claw icon will appear on the map in a variety of different areas.
